Haiku

According to the latest news over at the Haiku-OS website, Bruno Albuquerque of OpenBFS fame has been working at Google for the past year and now has managed to get an audience with Google engineers to tout the goodness of Haiku. I am not sure where this will lead or what may come of this but if it brings in a couple of Google engineers to work on Haiku, even in their spare time because they like the project, that sounds great to us!

Hmmm, lovely google engineers, tweaking the kernel, and developing killer user apps….

Can’t wait for the video, sounds like an excellent opportunity!

Now is it mere coincidence that Pitr is taking a leave from Columbia Internet and working at Google at the same time Bruno is? Have we identified his secret identity and plans for world domination via Haiku??? See userfriendly.org for details………
