Lots of folks use VMWare to run Haiku in a sandbox type environment to see what progress has been made and such. The problem with doing this is that the video capabilities are limited because you can only Haiku in VESA mode. Koki has an article over on Haiku-OS.org that talks about how this is changing. Eric Petit is working on a video driver for Haiku that will allow it to work in VMWare and let the user change screen resolutions with rebooting among other things. Great work Eric, please keep it up!
