Microsoft gave them approximately 1/1739th of their cash reserve to drop their lawsuit. Be accepted, calling the offer fair. Be, Inc. is now completely, utterly, and totally dead, and Dan can move on to other concerns.

Sounds like Be is just going to wrap things up and hand out the money to shareholders. No mention of a further vote of the shareholders on what they could possibily do with the money.

Why would stockholders need to vote on what to do with their money? You just divide it up fairly and each stockholder can decide for herself.
