beunited is offered money from Nigeria!

In a leaked correspondence from beunited.org, BeGroovy reporters have discovered that beunited.org has entered into negotiations with high ranking persons from Nigeria in an effort to bring money into the community. The leaked document references 22.5 Million USD, but there are rumors that this amount could be as high as 126 Million.

Donovan Schulteis, Chairman and Founder of beunited.org sent BeGroovy.com a formal request to remove the document from our site, but we are ignoring it, as we believe Donovan (AKA Deej) to have recently suffered from a mental disease and do not trust that he is talking as his alternate personality or not.

Read More for an exerpt of the document and the original article posting from BeGroovy.

UPDATE:BeGroovy now has it on good word that negotiations have begun with high level people in Congo as well.

Original Article

While not relating to anything, I thought this quite funny. It’s not something I’d post to beunited’s site due to the nature of it, but wanted to share it:

From:Senator Sanusi Bello

Attention:Managing Director/Ceo,

We write to solicit your assistance in an urgent business transaction, which we are prosecuting under condition of strict confidentiality. We got your contact through the Nigeria. Chamber of Commerce and Industries (NCC), subsequently we ran a check on your firm through Merrill Lynch international and Salomon brothers catalog. Your creditability to handle a transaction of this magnitude, which requires confidentiality, was confirmed accordingly. We are top government officials and currently members of the Federal Government of Nigeria Senate Committee on Contact Review Panel (S.C.C.R.P). In order to commence this business, we solicit your assistance to enable us transfer into your account the sum of US$22.5M…

Yada, yada, blah, blah. They sent this to a bunch of beunited.org addresses, mostly ones that don’t really even exist! I laughed because they evidently sent this to businesses now - guess they ran out of individual fools to send to. I laughed even harder that they found and researched beunited.org in Merril Lynch International. Guess we are doing better than we all thought! NOT! And how come Nigeria has all this money they need to give away? :P

Well, sorry to disrupt your BeOS reading… back to it. :)

    Changed the article.

I changed the article to make it more BeDope-esque. Thanks for the “rumor” JMac. I also added a fake update due to an email I got last night from Congo. :P

Hope you all don’t mind. :) The original posting is in the Read More link.

    Money from Nigeria ;-)

    Don’t make me laugh.

Nigeria is the world most famous country of moneyfraud and scams, wouldn’t like to do business with that country. They probably received a letter of some high ranking official who wants to bring money to the US, well this is a classic scam. You can find more on the FBI site.
