Georges Gabereau wrote in to let everyone know about the launch of a BUG in Toronto, Canada.

The Toronto Be User Group has tentatively planned a meeting for Friday the 15th of June, 2001. We know it’s a little short notice, but we hope people can manage it. As of now we only have 3 members, but we are hoping that posting this will attract a few more.

For those interested in visiting please visit http://tbug.cjb.net for information on joining the eGroup and for info on the details of the meeting. Hope to see many people show up! If you have any specific questions email me at georges@acbm.net and I’ll get back to you ASAP.

If you live in the Toronto area, go out and pay a visit!

    Meeting Place

It will be in the Yonge/Bloor area. That’s central and easy for existing members to get to.

We’re planning on just meeting at a Starbucks or something like that. That should be good for a first meet and then we’ll work on what to do next.

Hope to see some people show up.

Edit: Read the messages on http://tbug.cjb.net for full meeting details!

    Other BUGs?

Anyone know if there’s an active BUG in the Los Angeles area? Is there a central list of BUGs somewhere?

    Re: Other BUGs?

If I am not mistaken, i-bug.org is working on one. Keep checking there from time to time. The AustinBUG and FargoBUG always keep them in the know and they post meeting times, etc. for us.
